In this role, Pip is responsible for ensuring Salesforce delivers on its values of trust, customer success, innovation and equality for both our customers and our community across ANZ/ASEAN.
Prior to Salesforce, Pip was Chief Executive Officer Customer Marketplace at Suncorp, where she was responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of Suncorp’s business including strategy, customer care, partnerships and innovative solutions that add value for customers. Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip was at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA. This culminated in her role as the Managing Director of Microsoft Australia for 6 years.
Pip is also a Non-Executive Director of Rugby Australia (ARU), a Rugby World Cup Board Member, and the Co-Chair for Australia on the Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum (ANZLF), a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. She is a passionate advocate for flexible and diverse workplaces that empower people. Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and her two American born daughters, Sophie and Lucy.

Joining Beca in 2004 as Wellington Regional Manager, he became Managing Director Australia in 2006 and was appointed to the Beca Group Board in 2010.
Greg has wide experience in large project delivery and multi-disciplinary consultancy services and previously held senior management roles in asset management and information technology consultancies. His early career with the Royal New Zealand Navy culminated in senior roles covering operations, policy and major project delivery.
Greg is an Officer of the NZ Order of Merit, a Fellow of Engineering New Zealand (IPENZ), a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and holds a Master’s degree and First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.

Posted on Policy Group by Adrian Mazzachi · August 05, 2019 6:09 PMFiona Cooper is New Zealand Director of the Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum, a role she has performed on behalf of BusinessNZ since 2018, having been involved in the ANZLF Secretariat since it was established in 2011. Fiona is also an Associate Director of the New Zealand International Business Forum. Fiona advises clients on government relations, trade policy and communications, drawing on 34 years of experience in the private and public sectors. She was Executive Director of the NZ-US Council 2014-18; Vice-Chair of the East Asia Business Council’s Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Working Group 2013-2020 and Lead Advisor for NZ’s APEC Business Advisory Council members 2011-14. Fiona previously worked for Bank of New Zealand, Fonterra and New Zealand Dairy Board and was involved in setting up the Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand. Her career began in the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade including a secondment to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in 1989 and a trade policy posting at the New Zealand Embassy in Washington DC 1992-1996. She has a BA (Hons) in political science and history from the University of Canterbury and has undertaken leadership programmes with INSEAD and Institute for Strategic Leadership.
