Trans-Tasman leaders lay path for strengthened partnership backed with new initiatives
The 14th Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum (ANZLF) has concluded in Sydney with strengthened trans-Tasman commitments in multiple fields including the digital economy, supply chain resiliency, innovation and science, tourism, infrastructure, health technology, indigenous business, climate change, and labour/skill shortages.
The Forum is the centrepiece for the ANZLF, a business-led initiative steered by the Australian and New Zealand Co-Chairs, Pip Marlow (CEO ANZ and ASEAN Salesforce) and Greg Lowe ONZM (CEO Beca Group).
In 2023 Australia and New Zealand will mark 40 years of our ground-breaking Closer Economic Relations (CER) trade agreement, and 80 years of opening diplomatic missions in each other’s country.

Trans-Tasman senior leaders gather to identify opportunities to emerge stronger together amidst global disruption
Over the next two days Australia’s top business and government leaders will meet with their Aotearoa New Zealand counterparts in Sydney for the 14th Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum.
The Forum is the centrepiece for the ANZLF, a business-led initiative steered by the Australian and New Zealand Co-Chairs, Pip Marlow (CEO ANZ and ASEAN Salesforce) and Greg Lowe ONZM (CEO Beca Group).
ANZLF Co-chair Pip Marlow said “The ANZLF is proud to once again bring together exceptional leaders who are committed to strengthening the economic and trade relationship between Australia and New Zealand. The challenges we face today mean it is even more critical we discuss how our two countries can be stronger together.”

ANZLF welcomes the resumption of trans-Tasman travel for Kiwis
The Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum (ANZLF) welcomed yesterday’s announcement that fully vaccinated New Zealanders and other eligible travelers in Australia will be able to return to New Zealand from 1st March 2022 without entering the Managed Isolation and Quarantine system.

In 2012, he was appointed to the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) National Board of Directors and was Chairman of AIIA between 2016 and 2019. In 2017, John was appointed National Board Director, Business Higher Education Round Table (BHERT). John currently serves as the Executive Chairman of high growth cyber technology SAAS companies Airlock Digital, and Phriendly Phishing.
In 2023 John was named as one of Australia’s top 100 Innovators “The Australian”.
